No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. We only charge once the design is locked and production begins.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. Don’t have vector? Send a PNG or even a photo and our designers recreate it print-ready at no charge.

Absolutely. Our in-house designers build print-ready artwork from whatever you have — a sketch, a reference, a rough idea — as part of the free mockup process.

Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching for spot-color print so your box matches your brand system precisely. Note any target Pantones in your quote.

Yes. Interior printing is one of the highest-impact options — full-bleed patterns, messages, or codes that greet the customer on open. Available on mailers and die-cut styles.

Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup. You never pay to get the design right.

Standard production is 2–3 weeks from approved mockup. Custom dies add a few days for tooling.

Yes. Rush is available for firm deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm whether we can hit it.

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity, box size, and destination. Boxes ship flat to minimize freight cost.

Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we can split-ship to multiple locations.

Bulk pricing is by quote and depends on size, board grade, print, and quantity. Typical ranges run $0.80–$3.50 / box at MOQ, shown on each product page.

All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established businesses. Payment is due on mockup approval, before production.

Kraft brown, white, black, and custom Pantone, in matte, gloss, soft-touch, or uncoated finishes depending on the style.

Corrugated cardboard (single- and double-wall), 100% recyclable. Board grade is spec’d to your product’s weight and how it ships.

Yes. Uncoated corrugated and kraft boxes are curbside recyclable. Note that gloss laminates and foils reduce recyclability — ask for our Eco Kraft spec if a recyclable claim matters.
