Every order from Customized Shipping Boxes is custom-made to your approved artwork and specifications, so shipping timelines begin after your mockup is approved and production is complete.

Production & dispatch

Custom shipping boxes typically ship within 2–3 weeks following mockup approval. This is an estimate and can vary by order size, box style, and current production volume. Rush production is available on request for firm deadlines.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, box dimensions, and destination. Boxes ship flat to keep freight efficient. Your quote will include estimated shipping, and larger orders may ship palletized by freight carrier.

Transit & tracking

Once your order dispatches, we provide tracking. Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. We ship nationwide across the United States, with international shipping available on request.

Delays

While we work hard to hit every estimate, factors outside our control — carrier delays, weather, or material availability — can affect timing. We’ll keep you informed if anything changes on your order.
