Because every product we make is custom-decorated and produced to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders.

Our production guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected boxes at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee — not a return — and it exists so you’re protected against manufacturing errors on our end.

Why the free-mockup step matters

Our free mockup and unlimited-revision process exists precisely so you can review and sign off on the exact box — size, board, color, and print — before anything goes into production. Once you approve the mockup and we manufacture to it, the order cannot be returned, so please review your proof carefully.

Reporting an issue

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@customizedshippingboxes.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
